Star Project Reflection

The star type that my group and I researched was a Planetary Nebula. A planetary nebula is a cloud of interstellar gas and dust with a star in the center. We learned where on the H-R diagram and where in the Star-Gas-Star cycle this star type falls. My favorite part of this project was using Glogster. I really like the online poster set up of the presentation. It's like a real poster but with more color and less mess. I really didn't enjoy the inference questions that we had to answer. They was difficult to answer and understand what they  was really asking. The thing I would definitely change about this project would be our presentation. While we were presenting on the SmartBoard, we ran into some technical difficulties. The markers and scroll bars were temperamental and we took a few screen shots of the board by accident, not knowing how it happened. But, in the end, I really enjoyed working on this project.

Here we go.....

Hi! Welcome to my blog! My name is Katherine. I'm in 10th grade and creating this blog as a Space Science Honors project. I enjoy playing volleyball with my school team, writing and singing. I chose Space Science Honors because I thought it would be fun to challenge myself in a subject that I know very little about. I hope that this class leaves me with a broadr knowlege of astromy and space travel history. ENJOY!!!
